Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the introduction of testing concepts into the API Developer Portal team.
- Reuse and extend existing automated testing framework
- Develop and implement a comprehensive testing approach.
- Gather and manage & improve regression and progression test cases.
- Help the team of full stack developers/DevOps engineers with testing.
- Spearhead the implementation of test automation.
Skills and Requirements:
- Deep understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, including proficiency in managing regression and progression test cases.
- Robot Framework, Karate, Cucumber, Postman, JMeter, Blazemeter
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing, as well as automated testing tools.
- Proven experience with LAMP stack from a testing perspective, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Experience in testing JavaScript, React, Drupal and PHP based applications.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Understanding and experience in testing APIs – REST/SOAP.
- Previous exposure to GCP/Azure/AWS and the ability to test applications deployed on these platforms.
- Strong desire to constantly learn new technologies and stay updated with the latest industry trends
